My achievements

John lives his passion, since 1998 he has designed 44 significant exhibitions for national and international clients. He lectures, exhibition design at the University of Technology Sydney, and graphic design at both Sydney Community College and University of Western Sydney.

His most outstanding projects to date are the Shoah (Holocaust) Candelabra for the Sydney Jewish Museum; a children’s museum Rivertales for the Singapore History Museum and the world blockbuster exhibition, Lord of the Rings-The Exhibition for Te Papa Museum, New Zealand & New Line Cinema.

Something unique or unusual that people might not know about me

Food, history and skiing occupy John’s leisure time. His love of cooking unfolds in the myriad of marinades and preserves that he concocts. His history itch is developing a board game for secondary students to fathom the complexities of WW II; and finally he is crossing off his top ten mountains to ski, Chile is next - then three more to go!

Course Overview

John started training the abode suite when clients ask for assistance to manage their internal graphic files. This has allowed them to:

• Do short-term low cost marketing campaigns
• Maintain their corporate identity
• Know when to use TIFF, JPEGS & EPS files
